



Our philosophy is built on two important concepts of our strategy:

- The supplying of first-rate products and services.
The development of our products goes through 5 distinct phases; each one is validated, based on the defined criteria. This guarantees that all of the elements have been taken into consideration so that the product may be flawless.
Proposal Phase: It addresses all the internal and external competences, analyses the customer's needs as far as design, fabrication technology, packaging and test, and the required resources to succeed in the project completion.
Feasibility phase: It allows us to highlight the technological challenges and to propose design solutions which will be appropriate.
Development phase: It serves the optimisation and the characterisation of the design, according to the rules of internal development. In line with the requirements, environmental tests can be carried out on the products. The parameters and test methods are determined in agreement with the customer and production. Industrialisation phase: It guarantees the stabilisation of production through the setting up of qualified procedures and equipment as well as different check sequences. The procedures and instructions are drawn up and the co-workers are trained.
Pre-production phase (low volume): Its goal is to deliver a small quantity of qualified products to the customer for validation. At the end of this phase, the product is considered "ready for production".
